Man assassinates mother and burries her in a garden.

 In a town called Ntri Boahung, situated in Atwima-Nwabiagya, Ashanti, Ghana, a man kills mother and burries her in a garden at their backyard. 

The murder, son of the deceased, Kwame Addai Brobbey under the guise of alcohol narrates the incidence and how he single-handedly murdered his mother to the bar attendant and owner. Boakyewaa Hannah, the owner of the drinking spot, was cooking at the back of the drinking spot when Kwame Addai Brobbey called her to add more bitters to his cup.

“I am drinking to my grave today. Even the person who brought me is dead, how far me. Today is my last day on earth so if you don't see me again, just know, I have said goodbye to you" Boakyewaa Hannah, the owner of the bar recounted what the murderer said last night upon being drank. She continues to recount on what brought about the sad news as the murderer confessed as “she was insulting me so I hit her. I didn't spare her. How can you call me useless, ah, after all, I have done for her, she still called me useless. I hit her once, and she was gone. If she is a woman, she should come back and insult me again.”

The sad incidence was reported to the Ntri Boahung police and he was remanded in police custody. He will be brought to Nkawie circuit Court on 11th January,2022 for hearing.
